Basically sceptical about such methods of treatment, but curious about several reports of experiences, the garden beekeeper recently tested a small device to relieve the itching caused by insect bites.

This is not a pregnancy tester, as one might suspect at first sight ;-) but a so-called "bite healer". The product is called "bite away®" and costs about 25 Euro. The garden beekeeper could already convince himself of the excellent effect of this device by several bites on nasty places like ankles.

When he works on the bee colonies, this magic stick is now consistently next to the hive chisel and queen clip in the garden beekeeper's trouser pocket.

The test on real bee stings is still pending, thanks to the gentle honey bees... you should provoke a few extra stings ;-)
