Basically sceptical about such methods of treatment, but curious about several reports of experiences, the garden beekeeper recently tested a small device to relieve the itching caused by insect bites. This is not a pregnancy tester, as one might suspect at first sight ;-) but a so-called "bite healer". The product is called "bite away®" and costs about 25 Euro. Anyone who works with bee colonies inevitably makes the acquaintance of the pointed buttocks of the occasionally bitchy ladies.
