Collected Sunrays.
Recently, the garden beekeeper had the wonderful children's book by Leo Lionni in mind. In it the mouse Frederick collects sunrays for the cold, dark winter days. In winter, when all supplies are used up, Frederick tells the other mice: "And now I am sending you the sunrays. Can you already feel how warm they are? Warm, beautiful and golden?"
Also the garden beekeeper's bees have collected sunrays, scents and colours of spring and summer. These impressions are preserved in honey and may sweeten many a rainy autumn day or cold winter
evening for us humans.
The 2015 honey is harvested and filled into jars. The stock is full of the liquid gold.
The garden beekeeper is happy to accept price enquiries and orders.
