Exclusive Annual Honey.
The exceptionally light honey called "Sommerblüte" ("Summer Blossom") is dominated by nectar from the linden blossom. It has a strong, aromatic flavor. This delicious rarity is now available in jars of 500g or 250g - in limited quantities while stocks last.
The hive scale reveals that the bees collected this honey from the 2nd week of June, while the linden trees were in bloom in downtown Heilbronn. In spring, on the other hand, there were no honey surpluses this year: the bees completely consumed themselves the little nectar they found during the cool and rainy months of April and May.
Thus, the harvest this year has been rather modest, and this honey may well be called a "rarity".
