Nature composes honey differently every year. The "Annual Honey 2019", which our bees collected in Heilbronn between April and July, is a mixture of blossoms from numerous plants such as fruit trees, raspberry, chestnut and lime tree. The colour of this rather light blossom honey varies slightly from glass to glass.
