The finest wax particles, which settle on the surface of the honey jar in the form of a foam during the clarification of the honey within one day, are skimmed off so that the honey in the jar is absolutely clear. The photos show the foam of a harvest of about 40kg honey.

One calls this absolute rarity also beekeeper's gold. :-)
