Today, the young mead was filled from the fermentation barrel into glass balloons - and into a first bottle with the provisionally final label and closure.

It presents itself: Des Gartenimkers Honigwein - mead from Heilbronn garden honey.

The garden beekeeper's guests can look forward to a delicious summer drink :-)

Until then, the mead matures for some time in the cool cellar and will hopefully settle further.
