On 18.08.2013 it was finally time for the author to pick up "his" bee colony.

Placed in its new site in the garden behind the house, the whole family was fascinated to see how more and more bees left their hive and, at first hesitantly but soon in large numbers, flew out to explore the surroundings of their new home.

Let us take this joyful event as an occasion to call the author from now on "the garden beekeeper".
